RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibility is to acquire delegates for our premium international conferences. You will be involved in both sales and marketing activities, including building strategic alliances,media promotions, internet marketing and telemarketing. Your KPIs include generating buzz for the conferences that you manage and to meet sales targets.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES :
A)PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
- Reach out to the target market through email campaigns, web-based and social media marketing activities (including writing press releases, blogging and twitting)
- Establish strategic alliances with 3rd parties like relevant associations and media to promote the conference
B)DELEGATE ACQUISITION
- Develop and expand prospective customer lists according to each conference's target markets
- Make outbound calls to achieve sales targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
- Degree holder with Business or Commerce related major
- 3 years experience in B2B sales & marketing environment
- Added advantage if you have conference or exhibition marketing background and/or have experience in writing marketing copy
